About Fun Land
Central Park Fun Land: Celebrating 15 Years of Fun!
Fun Land was established in 1997, one of the first entertainment venues in the Central Park shopping complex, now part of Celebrate Virginia. Occupying over 7 acres, Fun Land featured outdoor rides and attractions such as mini golf, go-karts and batting cages during it's first season of operation. Soon after, the 40,000 square foot indoor facility was added, making Fun Land Virginia's Premier Indoor and Outdoor Family Fun Center.
In late 2005, the park was purchased and reorganized by The Great American Pastime of VA, LLC, a company specifically created to operate Fun Land. Since then, we have improved Fun Land by investing well over one million dollars in new equipment including a complete Lasertron Laser Tag system, CORE Cashless debit card technology, AMF/Qubica Highway 66 Mini Bowling Lanes, and the latest arcade games, rides, and attractions.
Today in our 15th year of continual operation, Fun Land annually hosts well over 100,000 guests. We're open 364 days per year, and serve the Northern Virginia, Washington DC metro, Maryland, Richmond, and Central Virginia region. Fun Land specializes in kid's birthday parties, school field trips, church groups, and interactive family fun. For Rides, Games, Food, and Fun, it's Fun Land!
